I tried that Campfire Van Halen thing using a Capo on F and it works.

...and now I have a real quandry. I was playing some tunes at a campfire,
and up walked the most beautiful, desirable, 6 foot tall Amazon biker
woman EVAH! in bikini and Daytons, so I thought I would show her my
Campfire =vH= Trick, amongst other things.
She said she didn't like the DLR Era Van Halen, saying DLR was too
sleazy, preferring the Sammy era.
I had several options.
a.) Tell her, "Say What?!?! Get the F*ck Outta here!" which I did...
b.) Find some other 6 foot tall Amazon Biker woman to schmooze, although
that might be a bit tough, seeing this is the first one in 50 years.
c.) Tell her the truth: "Ya I own all the albums too." At least the Sammy
era ones are in a lot better condition.
d.) Throw the guitar in the Campfire, lie and say, "Me Too!" Then learn
some Neil Young songs for her, although I need a clothespeg on my nose to
whine out those high notes. (I'm actually leaning towards this one...)
Tough call anyways. What would you do?
