In my opinion, there are too many songs recycled from the previous
tour, and not enough songs off the new album. I wouldn't mind if they
get rid of You Really Got Me, Somebody Get Me A Doctor, Pretty Woman,
and I'll Wait, and I would have loved a live version of As Is or Big
River.

Kudos, however, for the inclusion of Women In Love and Outta Love
Again. Throw in Light Up The Sky, The Full Bug and In A Simple Rhyme,
and that life will be good. :-)

1. You Really Got Me
2. Runnin’ With The Devil
3. She’s The Woman (NEW)
4. Romeo Delight
5. Tattoo (NEW)
6. Everybody Wants Some!!
7. Somebody Get Me A Doctor
8. China Town (NEW)
9. Mean Street
10. (Oh!) Pretty Woman
11. Drum Solo
12. Unchained
13. The Trouble With Never (NEW)
14. I’ll Wait
15. Dance The Night Away
16. Hot For Teacher
17. Women In Love (A First since 1980!)
18. Outta Love Again (A First since 1979!)
19. Beautiful Girls
20. Ice Cream Man
21. Panama
22. Eddie’s Solo
23. Ain’t Talkin’ ‘Bout Love
24. Jump

Judging from a printed setlist from the afternoon of the show, the band has 3 additional songs rehearsed which will likely be alternatives to some of the songs played last night:

The Trouble With Never (played last night) / Blood And Fire
I'll Wait (played last night)/ And The Cradle Will Rock
Women In Love (or) Outta Love Again (both played last night)/ Girl Gone Bad

The only song I really wish they'd dump is "I'll Wait" and substiture something else in it's place. I understand "Pretty Woman" is going to be a regular in any Roth-era set as it's one of their biggest singles even though it's a cover. Same with You Really Got Me, Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love and Jump. Those songs are going to be in any VH set 'til the end of time.

My only major complaint is yeah, considering how good the new album is, there should be more new tunes in the set and I am very surprised "Stay Frosty" which I consider to be the best song on ADKOT isn't in the set.

Hard to believe So This Is Love isn't in there. That was Wolf's big
moment last time.-
guy got slagged off big time on youtube for his playing on the intro
to this song. apparantly it's very easy to play and some actual
musicians were staggered to see the guy use a plectrum, which is
something only a total beginner would use.

with regards to new song China town. that'll never make the live set
list. go back and listen to it on the album. do you really believe
it's fat little wolfy actually playing that bassline? what, wolfy
shredding like billy sheehan? don't think so!!

He's just another hater.

Wolf sounds great live, and he can play.

Are you purposely trying to be stupid or is this some dumb act to get attention.

For starters, Michael Anthony used a "plectrum" about 75% of the time he played, both live and in the studio. There's plenty of major name bass players who use a pick including Roger Waters, Paul McCartney, Bill Whyman, Jack Bruce and John Paul Johns. Those guys "total beginners," you dolt?

And has it's already been pointed out, Van Halen is including Chinatown in the regular set. And Wolfgang sounds great on the tune.

Thus endeth the lesson.
