already bored by new van halen album

i've had it over a week and already i'm bored by it after less than a
dozen listens.
it's not really van halen is it. where are the killer chorus's these
guys used to write. dave lyrics are mainly below all previous efforts.
mike anthony's voice is missed. no eddie doesn't have the amazing
solos he used to have. alex isn't really good enough.
these guys left it too long. the talent has faded. the chemistry is
gone. it sounds like a DLR band album, or in places eat em and smile.
dissapointing. time to go back to chickenfoot 3.

ADKOT is a ripper of an album that gets better with every listen.

Look for Chickenshit III in a bargain bin at any record store.
