sinc e sammy got fired from VH i think he's proven time and time again
he's not second best to dave, he's not an inferior talent to ed. he's
proven a better, more talented and more creative force than either
dave or eddie. he just isn't as big a name.

Pahlease.... he's proven that he's willing to release any crap tune on
earth in order to try and stay relevant. Every band he's been in has
been 'the greatest band ever'.

he's not even on the same planet as when in comes to impacting rock
music like eddie... not even close.

As a solo artist, Sammy is just a third-tier performer who's lucky if
his record sales even touch the five-figure range. Once upon a time,
"I Can't Drive 55" was a marginal hit; beyond that, there doesn't seem
to be much else. In terms of his collaborations, whatever "creative"
juices are had by Sammy seem to be detrimental to whomever he works
with; history shows that even when Hagar works with talented
individuals such as Eddie or Satriani, the music ends up medicore
regardless.

When all is said and done, Sammy's mark on the history of music will
be a mere spooge.
